Article 1 (License)

  1. The Operator grants users the right to use the Software. This right is:
    • non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable
    • limited to the features permitted by the user's account tier
  2. The Software is licensed, not sold. Ownership of the Software remains with the Operator.

Article 2 (Tiers and Features)

  1. The features available depend on the account tier (Free · Supporter · Builder · Studio · Closed Beta) and are determined by the license issued by the Operator's server.
  2. Features by tier are described in Document 3 and on the membership page. Changes unfavorable to users follow the procedure in Document 1, Article 3.

Article 3 (Account Verification and Devices)

  1. The Software verifies the account and license with the Operator's server at startup and periodically during use. Without an internet connection, the Software can be used only within the validity period of the most recent license.
  2. One account can be registered on up to 2 devices. Devices can be deregistered up to 3 times per 30 days.
  3. For device verification, the Software does not send the device's unique identifier itself; it uses only a one-way transformed value (hash). The information processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

Sharing one account among multiple people 5. Removing or altering the Software's copyright notices or trademarks

  2. Users may also use Output commercially, provided that they observe the following.
    • Minecraft material included in Output is subject to Mojang's EULA and Usage Guidelines.
    • Third-party assets and plugin material included in Output are subject to the terms of their respective rights holders.
  3. Samples, presets and assets bundled with the Software may be included and used in Output. They may not be distributed or sold separately on their own.

  2. Users must lawfully own Minecraft and are responsible for complying with Mojang's EULA.

Article 7 (Plugins, AI and External Features)

  1. Plugins made by third parties are the responsibility of their authors and are subject to their own terms. The Operator does not warrant third-party plugins.

  4. The Host directly manages the following.
    • Whom to invite, and participant permissions (view, edit, manage)
    • Saving and backing up the session world When the Host ends the session, the session ends.
  5. Rights in Output created together are determined among the participants. The Operator does not intervene in this. If nothing has been agreed, please note that the Output is saved as the Host's world file.
  6. The prohibited conduct in Document 1, Article 6 applies equally within sessions. The Host and participants may report prohibited conduct to the Operator.
  7. Because collaboration data does not pass through the Operator's servers, the Operator cannot restore content from within a session.

Article 8 (Updates)

  2. Where necessary for security, the Operator may block the use of older versions and require an update.

  1. Users may end this Agreement at any time by deleting the Software.
  2. If a user violates Article 4, the Operator may revoke the license and restrict the account in accordance with the procedure in Document 1, Article 7.
  3. Even after this Agreement ends, the user's rights in Output under Article 5 remain unaffected.

Article 11 (Closed Beta Terms)

The following terms additionally apply to users approved for the closed beta. 1. The beta tier is granted free of charge by the Operator for the duration of the beta. Beta installers and download links may not be shared with others. 4. Screenshots and videos of the beta version may be shared freely. When sharing, please state that it is a "beta version". If the Operator has designated a specific feature as confidential and notified you of this, do not share that feature. 5. Opinions, bug reports and suggestions sent by users ("Feedback") may be used freely by the Operator to improve the Software. No separate compensation is provided for Feedback. However, Output itself belongs to the user (Article 5). 6. Beta eligibility may be revoked for prolonged inactivity or for violating these terms.

  1. Paid membership tiers are provided by 폰앤픽 (Phone & pick), and payment is made through Patreon (Patreon, Inc.).

Studio US$25 Builder benefits + AI map generation, web MCP connection, expanded collaboration, priority support
  1. The actual prices and benefits shown on the Patreon membership page take precedence. Tier-specific figures, such as the number of collaboration participants, are also listed on the membership page.
  2. Benefits apply from the next license check (when the editor starts, or on "Re-fetch license") after the NP Editor account has been linked to Patreon.
  3. Membership benefits relate to NP Editor (the Software) and the community. We do not sell items or stats that give a competitive advantage within the Noplatea Game Server.
  4. Changes to benefits that are unfavorable to users are announced 30 days in advance. If you do not agree to the changed benefits, you may cancel before the next payment.

Article 3 (Cancellation)

  1. Memberships can be cancelled on Patreon at any time. After cancellation, you will not be charged from the next payment onward.

Article 4 (Withdrawal and Refunds)

  1. Within 7 days of the first payment, you may obtain a full refund of that payment for any reason.
    • Applies to: a payment that started a membership for the first time or upgraded a tier
    • Consumers residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom: within 14 days
  2. After the above period, payments for a period that has already begun are, in principle, not refunded, because what is used in that period is digital content or a service whose provision has already begun (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래법), Article 17(2), item 5). However, refunds are given in the following cases.
    • If paid features cannot be used for 3 or more consecutive days for reasons on the Operator's side: a pro-rata refund for the period of non-use, or an extension of the usage period (at the user's choice).
    • If benefits are not provided after payment: a full refund
    • If you are charged in error after cancellation, or charged twice: a full refund of the amount concerned
    • If the Operator discontinues the paid service: a pro-rata refund for the remaining period
  3. For monthly renewing memberships, periods that have not yet begun are not charged once you cancel (Article 3).
  4. Even within the withdrawal period, refunds may be restricted in the following cases.
    • The user has violated Document 2, Article 4, for example by circumventing the license
    • The same person abuses the system by repeatedly obtaining refunds and paying again

Article 5 (How to Request a Refund)

  1. You can request a refund in either of the following ways.
    • Request it from your Patreon Billing History. Within 60 days of payment, subject to Patreon's policy.
    • Request it by email to the Operator (ktj6231@gmail.com). Please include your Patreon account email and the payment date.
  2. The Operator reviews the request and processes the refund through Patreon within 3 business days. When the money actually arrives depends on the processing times of Patreon and your card issuer.
  3. Once the refund is complete, the tier concerned is removed at the next license check.

Article 6 (Minors)

If a user under 19 years of age makes a payment without the consent of their legal representative, the user or the legal representative may cancel that payment (Civil Act (민법), Article 5).

Article 7 (Restrictions on Use and Refunds)

  1. Where use is restricted under Document 1, Article 7 or Document 2, Article 4: refunds for the remaining period may be restricted depending on the severity of the violation.
  2. If a restriction turns out to have been imposed by the Operator in error, the Operator will extend the usage period by the length of the restriction or give a pro-rata refund.

Article 8 (Disputes)

Refund disputes are governed by Document 1, Article 14. Consumers in Korea may apply for counseling or mediation to the Korea Consumer Agency (dial 1372, no area code needed).
